Ammie has been in ministry in various aspects since 1995. She started serving in the nursery and has led ministries all the way through the Golden Agers. A majority of her ministry was spent with the youth where she used her creativity to draw in teens from the community of East Tulsa. 

 

A graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ministry and Leadership. Ammie was introduced to The Wesleyan Church while in college and after further exploration of their beliefs, she realized she aligned well with Wesleyan doctrine.

 

Ammie and Doug, Senior Director of Operations at a local manufacturing company, have been married for 35 years. They have four children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, a granddaughter and two grandsons. They have lived in Owasso, OK for over 20 years.
